For almost a year now, I’ve been using Precious Time Business Services for my bookkeeping and business coaching. My only regret is not doing it sooner.

Nicola has supported SMS since 2011 in all facets of our accounts and book-keeping requirements. She has worked both as an in house team member and an external book-keeper. Nicolas all round knowledge, work ethic, commitment and determined attitude to ‘get the job done’ is second to none.
In recent years she has moved into our Finance lead role, assisting in setting up new software systems and also our Cultural lead role, utilising the Adapt by Design framework. In all honesty, I wasn’t looking forward to this. I’ve done DISC workshops before with previous employers, and I found them to be a waste of time. The salesman in me thinks my time is better spent chasing orders than learning about personalities. My opinion quickly changed in your training session. I thought you explained DISC clearly but without all the fluff I had experienced with other providers.
I walked out of your 3-hour session with a far better understanding of DISC than I did in previous sessions that had taken a whole day…. my biggest takeaway from this is realising just how different people can be. Talking about your personality with work people can be a little daunting, but I didn’t once feel awkward in this session… this was a far more enjoyable and educational experience than I’ve had previously.
I just want to say thank you for taking the time to run me through this class. Not only will it be valuable in my work life, but it’s something I can use in my personal life as well (my partner also thanks you!).
